K4 & K5 Registration

To enroll your child in K4 or K5 for the 2026–2027 school year, please fill out the corresponding registration packet below.

Elementary and Jr.-Sr. High Registration

To make the registration process smooth and seamless, complete the packet below and return it to the school office when you register.

• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Immunization Records
