Registration & Immunizations
Welcome to our district! We’re happy to have you here and look forward to meeting you. Whether you’re new to the area or have a child ready for preschool or kindergarten, you’ll need to complete the registration process.
Incoming kindergarten students must be five years old before September 1 of the current school year. Incoming pre-k students must be four years old before September 1 of the current school year.
Elementary and Jr./Sr. High Registration
To make the registration process smooth and seamless, complete the packet below and return it to the school office when you register.
Other required documentation:
- Child’s original birth certificate
- Immunization records
